Amy Rippee
  Amy Rippee   Biography
An avid hiker and outdoor painter, Amy enjoys interpreting favorite scenes in the Santa Monica Mountains or nearby beaches. While exploring countless trails, she has seen deer, coyotes, quail, birds of prey, song birds, foxes, snakes and even the rare sighting of two mountain lions walking a trail together high above Leo Carrillo Beach.

A thirty-plus year resident of Agoura Hills, Amy loves painting the surrounding landscape in watercolor, although she enjoys chalk pastel, oils and acrylics, as well.

Her work can be seen at the Westlake Library and at the Bean Scene in North Ranch. She is a long-time member of the WVAG, a past member of the Umbrella Artists and a participant of several June Art Walks in Thousand Oaks. She has sold her work to people from all parts of the United States.
