Eligibility & Requirements
Paricipating artists must be active members of Westlake Village Art Guild. Non-WVAG Members or Renewing Members can pay membership fees with this form and become eligible.
All accepted artists will be required to staff the Gallery for one (1) 3 hour shift during the show.
There will maximum of 120 accepted works which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Sculpture/3-D submissions must be suitable/intended for hanging on the wall (size and weight restrictions may apply).
2 works per artist required. Each artist must also submit one (1) additional work to replace one that may be sold during the Show.
All work must be original and created by the submitting artist. All source materials, including photographs, must be the artists’ own.
All works must be framed in a professional manner or gallery wrapped and have sturdy wire hangers.
All sales are subject to a 40% commission to support CASA of Ventura County on the night of CASA Art Fest Oct. 8.
The artwork sold at other times during the month are subject to a 20% commission in support of WVAG’s Student Award Show and Legacy Scholarship commitments.
WVAG reserves the right to reject any submissions that it deems inappropriate for our viewers, or is offensive in subject matter. Works that show nudity, religious, political, discriminatory, or violent messages may be excluded from acceptance.
Two Entries: WVAG members only $35
Third Entry free of charge to hang if and when your artwork sells anytime during the month.
Entry fee is non-refundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.
